How it works

No runaround. Just a plan.

You send the details. A consultant checks the route, the fare rules, the visa requirements and the practical bits. You get a written quote before anything is booked.

Step 1: send a request Step 2: get a quote Step 3: approve and go

The process

Three steps, start to boarding pass.

Start step one
01

Tell us the shape of the trip

Use the request form or phone us. We need the route, dates, number of travellers, cabin and a budget range. If you're still deciding between two options, tell us both.

The form saves a draft in your browser, so you can come back to it without starting over.

02

We check, compare and quote

A named consultant looks at the routing, airline rules, visa situation and hotel options. We come back with a clear quote that separates the fare, taxes, embassy fees and our service fee.

If the cheap fare is a bad idea — impossible connection, no baggage, a visa you can't get in time — we'll say so.

You approve, we handle it

Once you're happy, we issue the ticket, submit the visa file or confirm the hotel. You get the ticket number, itinerary and the documents you need.

If an airline changes a schedule, we keep an eye on it and contact you when it matters.

What we do

Everything around the ticket.

Use one service or hand us the whole trip. The same team handles it either way.

Flight ticketing

International and domestic fares, return and multi-city routes, group bookings, business class and date changes. We explain the baggage and change rules before issuing.

Visa processing

Tourist, business and family visas. We check the current requirements, prepare the document pack, book appointments and tell you honestly when a visa isn't needed.

Hotel bookings

Airport stops, city hotels, family apartments and resorts. We check the cancellation terms, breakfast, transfers and late check-in before we recommend a rate.

Tour packages

Honeymoons, safaris, pilgrimage, family trips and group tours. We build the itinerary around your pace, budget and the things you actually want to do.

Airport transfers

Private or shared transfers that fit your flight time, including late arrivals and family groups with extra luggage.

Travel advice

Passport validity, transit visas, baggage, special assistance and a second opinion on an itinerary you found online.

Before you send

The five details that change the plan.

You don't need to have everything figured out. But these are the things we'll ask first, because they decide which routes and fares are actually possible.

Full names exactly as they appear on the passport
Passport expiry date and nationality
Exact dates, or how flexible you can be
Adults, children and infants — with ages
A realistic budget per person
Any special assistance, meals or seating needs

Visa note

We check. We don't guess.

Visa rules change, and the advice on a forum from two years ago can be expensive. We verify the current requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate for your nationality and route.

We can prepare and submit the file, but the final decision belongs to the embassy. No agency can guarantee an approval.

Embassy fees are separate from our service fee. Both are shown in your quote.

Quick answers

A few things people ask before they send.

Ask something else
Is this a booking website?

No. It's a request desk. You send the details, we quote, and nothing is booked or charged until you approve the quote. Payment is arranged separately with the office.

How quickly do you reply?

Usually within one business day. If you're travelling within 48 hours, phone +27 (21) 061-1290 so we can prioritise it.

When is my ticket issued?

After you approve the written quote and payment clears. We send the itinerary and fare rules first, answer your questions, then issue and send the ticket number.

Can you help if I already booked online?

Sometimes. We can review the booking, explain the fare rules, help with a date change or check the visa requirements. We can't take over a booking made directly with an airline, but we can tell you what your options are.

Do you handle group travel?

Yes — family groups, school trips, church groups, sports teams and corporate travel. Send the numbers and the route, and we'll come back with group fare options and the practical requirements.

Ready for step one?

Tell us the trip. We'll take it from there.

Five short steps, about four minutes. No payment, no obligation — just a proper conversation.
